This option allows an employer to reach a large number of students in high traffic areas across campus. Tables are located inside the Student Union and Cone University Center (no outdoor tables are available). Employers may only select 1 table per semester due to the volume of requests and limited availability. The time slot for the recruiting table is 11:00AM-2:00PM. No Fee for Recruiting Table, Parking is $15 daily maximum.

Instructions for Scheduling
- We require a 48 business hour notice to cancel a reservation. If not, the UCC can be denied the ability to book additional tables for employers during a given semester. Any “no show” for a request not canceled by an organization will result in loss of privileges to book a table for the remainder of the semester, and possible the following semester.
Average number of students: 25 - 250 per day (depends on time of year and day of week)
