An effective way to recruit highly talented UNC Charlotte students is to take advantage of on-campus interviews. This allows employers to maximize their recruiting efforts while accommodating the busy academic schedules of students. Employers that recruit on campus create connections with students/alumni and increase their visibility on campus. Interviews can be scheduled through Hire-A-Niner.
Note: Employers must have a current posting in Hire-A-Niner to participate in on-campus recruitment.
Key Recruiting Dates
Interviews are offered Monday through Friday between the following dates:

Preselect vs. Rooms Only Service
Employers may choose our full-service Preselect reservation option, where you will find the University Career Center ready to provide you with a range of services.
We recognize that individual organizations have their own process for talent acquisition, and may be required to use their own system to collect resumes and create interview schedules. In these circumstances, where employers are in need of office space to conduct on-campus interviews, we offer Rooms Only reservations.
