Become a Job Shadowing Sponsor via the Career Prospector Program Career Prospector is a job shadowing program that enables UNC Charlotte students to gain insight into possible careers from professionals, like you, in our community. Students can shadow a person in their field of interest anywhere from one to three hours, or one day to five days. As students are trying to determine majors and career paths, you can provide the guidance and answers to any questions they might have during an informational interview. This is your chance to participate in a program that greatly benefits UNC Charlotte students and gives you the opportunity to network possible future recruits for your career field!
