Career & Public Service Expo Fee & Cancellation Policies

Thank you for your interest in the Career & Public Service Expo at UNC Charlotte!

Registration Fees:

*$525 for up to two attendees from a corporate organization

*$165 for up to two attendees from a government/nonprofit agency

*$75 for up to two attendees from a graduate/professional school

*$50 for each attendee over two (3+ attendees)

***Note: as the registrant, it is your responsibility to register all attendees for the fair. If additional attendees who were not registered to attend arrive on the day of the fair, an updated invoice will be sent to you following the fair.

Cancellation Deadline/Payment Policies:

No refunds OR cancelled invoices are available after August 23, 2013. This deadline applies regardless of the status of your payment and regardless of date of registration. If an employer cancels their registration after August 23, 2013, or does not show on the day of the fair, they are still responsible for paying the registration fee. This includes employers who register after August 23, 2013. All cancellations MUST be made in writing to jdcook@uncc.edu; phone cancellations will not be accepted.

This policy is upheld to allow for budgetary decisions related to the fair after August 23 as well as to ensure accurate marketing of our events to UNC Charlotte students, faculty, and staff.
