Thank you for your interest in the Education Career Fair 2013 at UNC Charlotte!

Registration Fees:

*$90 per recruiter from a LEA of 20,000+ students

*$75 per recruiter from a LEA of less than 19,999 students

*$50 for each additional recruiter

***Note: As the registrant, it is your responsibility to register all attendees for the fair. If additional attendees who were not registered to attend arrive on the day of the fair, an updated invoice will be sent to you following the fair.

Cancellation Deadline/Payment Policies:
No refunds OR canceled invoices are available after January 25, 2013. This deadline applies regardless of the status of your payment and regardless of date of registration. If an employer cancels their registration after January 25, 2013 or does not show on the day of the fair, they are still responsible for paying the registration fee. This includes employers who register after January 25, 2013. All cancellations MUST be made in writing to jdcook@uncc.edu; phone cancellations will not be accepted.

This policy is upheld to allow for budgetary decisions related to the fair after January 25th as well as to ensure accurate marketing of our event to UNC Charlotte students, faculty, and staff.
