Third Party Recruiters:

If you represent a Third Party Recruiter, please note that we will need for you to complete the Third Party Recruiter Agreement prior to advertising your positions.  The University Career Center at UNC Charlotte defines a Third Party Recruiter as:

Employment agencies: Organizations that list positions for two or more client organizations and receive payment when a candidate they have referred is hired. The fee is paid either by the client or organization or by the candidate who is hired.

Temporary agencies: Organizations that contract with a client organization to provide individuals qualified to perform specific tasks or complete specific projects for the client organization. Individuals work at the client organization but are paid by the agency.

Search firms: Organizations that contract with clients to find and screen qualified persons to fill specified positions. The fees for this service are paid by the clients.

If you have any questions regarding our recruiting policies or posting processes, please contact Joshua Lancaster, or Jim Novak at 704-687-0795.
