Join the University Career Center and fellow students on a special tour of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) Crime Lab. Meet specialists and technicians representing various areas of the lab that provide state-of-the-art forensic analytical services for CMPD as well as municipal, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in Mecklenburg County.
Requirements to attend the event
Currently enrolled students should:
- Activate your NinerJobNet account.
- Pre-register to attend the tour.
- Attend a short job shadowing orientation session with your Career Advisor by November 16th.
- Provide your own transportation; car-pools are highly recommended (directions/map provided at the orientation).
- Dress appropriately in professional or business attire and no-open-toed shoes are allowed.
Sign up soon, as space is limited. Biology and Chemistry students are strongly encouraged to attend.
