For Currently Enrolled Students:  Polish your interviewing skills for the internship or job hunt before it really counts!  Practice interviewing with REAL employers during Mock Interview Day.  Employers will critique your interviewing skills and provide advice on how to improve for the real thing.

To participate in Mock Interview Day:

• Registration for Mock Interview Day begins on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, and ends Wednesday, January 30, 2013. 
• Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-serve basis only, so don't delay!
• Sign up for one interview only through the NinerJobNet database.
• If you do not already have access to NinerJobNet, you must first register through the online NinerJobNet tutorial.
• Professional dress for mock interviews is required. Find out here how to dress to impress.

How to register for a mock interview:

Note: This event is open to all students; however, some companies prefer to interview specific majors. Please review the schedule notes before signing up.

1. Log into NinerJobNet via career.uncc.edu.
2. Upload your current resume in the "Documents" tab.
3. Enter the job title "Mock Interviews" in the keyword search bar.
4. Check the “Show only jobs from my Career Center” box and click “Search.”
5. Select "Mock Interviews."
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Apply."
7. Select your updated resume from the drop-down menu and select "Submit."
8. Choose an available interview schedule slot and save it.
