The University of North Carolina at Charlotte offers a candidate pool of both entry level through experienced professionals through our connections with current students and alumni. The University Career Center represents the starting point for organizations interested in developing a talent recruitment pipeline with the university. Our office offers a variety of creative ways to connect you with our pool of engaged candidates – and a flexibility that is tailored to your specific needs. Our Employer Operations Team is on hand to work with companies, firms, and organizations across all industries and functional areas and interacts with our Career Advisors to prepare our candidates for the world of work. They will work closely with you to design a campus visibility plan to help you identify and connect with candidates for your opportunity.

We do this by:

  • Providing timely and specialized communications to our employers and partners.
  • Creating opportunities for you to build visibility and assist in student development by participating in program events, on-campus activities, and more.

Our connections within the university will allow you to properly deepen your relationship with faculty, staff, and the colleges/schools that we represent. Our team is on hand to help you reach specific academic departments and other opportunities to integrate with our university community. Aside from experiential learning, part-time and full-time opportunities, we offer introductions for specialized projects and partnerships, research, and other avenues to build a strong brand at UNC Charlotte.
