Rachel serves as the Assistant Director of Career Education primarily students in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Additionally, Rachel is the liasion to special populations including student athletes, greek life, student organizations, and residence life. She also provides direct workshop and group counseling in various campus venues and will be creating a library of informational videos on relevant career topics in the near future.

A 2008 alumnus of UNC Charlotte, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Rachel comes to us with over four years of transferrable work experience in the healthcare industry.  During her two years serving as Recruiting Specialist with the University Career Center, Rachel completed her Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration through Northeastern University in 2014 before moving into a career advisor capacity.

With her experience working with employers from all realms of business, coupled with her passion for serving students, Rachel provides a wealth of knowledge to her respective populations in their career development.
